Whew, I have been missing in action!

The DGS is out of baseball and that was a huge chuck of time out of my crafting time! Now that I have a little of time to start crafting again I wanted to make up a card. Of course this is going to a little boy that is not expected to live till Christmas. I found that I love making cards to the ones that need it the most. Anyhow, this is what I came up with!

I forgot to mention that I found out just how I can not see when it came to coloring the stamp image with my copics. It will have to be time for new glasses for me as soon as I can. Also, with the limitations on just a few copics shading is not going to happen! when I grow up I want more copics and learn how to color!!!

Working on the Baseball Albums!

Here are the little albums that have been consuming all of my time. Now I must say that I have really never used my circut, ok just some little things here and there nothing really big like this.
So this really was a test on how to use SCAL & yup THAT Inkscape! I had to do a lot of praying over this one asking for patience on a program. LOL So I'm pretty proud of myself on putting it all together and using my circut to do most of all of the work. And am I ever so glad that I had it because it would of been a lot of cutting by hand. Inkscape wasn't as bad as I though! So I'm ready to move on learning more in Inkscape♥

I'm only showing a couple of pages because I don't think that the parents would like me showing off there kids in such a broad community like blogland! So for there privacy I wanted to block out there numbers and there faces. So, no your not seeing dots all over the picture, I put them there.

I do have a huge question should I put ribbons on the spine of the books? I was thinking that most of the Baseball players are boys not to sure how they would feel about ribbons on there book!

So what do you all think?
I have to have them done by Saturday so I could use your help.

I won some blog candy. Oh, yes it is true, and it is really funny because I told one of my buds from blogland that I don't even bother with entering blog candy because I never win. BASEBALL Oh, yes the DGS is in baseball, his parents and I have been busy trying to keep up with the little guy. Me being a parent of two boys I know just what it takes to keep up with our little guys or gals. I have been having so much fun taking pictures of the kids and they make me just laugh as they scramble for a ball that could make a game or cost them a game. Some of them take the game at heart and other would like to try and throw dirt, in any case at the end they had fun. So now that I have some pic's will I just have to make up some little albums for them. I have two weeks left to make them up and get them to the parents. So I better get on the ball and start working on them.

So if you don't see me U will know what I'm doing!

The Great Pumpkin

How is everyone? I'm just now getting around to posting my card, whew what a couple of busy days! I did manage to get this card done, woooohoooo, I made this one for our DGD and DGS. One is 3 1/2 and the other is all most a year so I wanted the card to look like fall and not so spooky. I hope that they are going to like it when they receive it.

So now onward for the other DGS he is 7 so I can do a little more like Halloweenish. I hope that this card won't take so long like the last one.....

It's Monday the start of a new week!

My day started out with a cool fall like morning, and I'm so glad that it is cooling down bug time we are down to 68 and I'm Loving it♥

I know that you all are getting some cards made up for the Halloween festivities, I'm not in to the holiday but I have been enjoying seeing some of your creations. I do have to make up some cards for the DGK's so I will be working on those soon. Mine how ever will be cuties cards for I have really young GK's, I don't want to scare them! I think I will just keep it Fall cards instead.
