Finished:

After two days of quilling I have finished my project. I just have to glue it all together to make on big piece. This one was a little challenging for me there was a lot of coils to make for the leaves and the white sprigs. I would like to think that my hands are pretty small but handling some of these coils was very hard (my hands just were not small enough). LOL This piece is 6 x 6 so it is a little bigger than the last pieced. If you notice that the centers of my coils are large it is because of the slotted tool that I used. I did try the needle tool but it was making me mad and it didn't become fun than...So maybe one day when I get better at quilling than I will learn how to use the needle tool. For now I will have the big holes in the center. Thank you for looking later my friends.

On a Roll With Quilling !

I just love making these quilling projects. I have had plenty of time to really work on them this time. They are very small but soooo much fun..This will be my next project:

My version of quilling !

Well I took a picture of what I wanted to make and here is my version. I'm not the best quiller but I have fun messing around with it. I don't think that I did to bad at it. I have only been messing around with it for a short time now....I know that the more that I do the better I will get. I truly hope that you will like it. I must have to say that a picture doesn't show justest then the real thing.



I might add that this is really small the whole piece is only 4 x 4" small.

Quilling

I didn't really bring any crafting on this camp out....I made up my mind that I was going to spend this time to do some quilling..I found a project that I want to make so now HOW long will it take me to finish it...???

Camping for a couple of weeks:

We came to the campground on Friday afternoon and by the time that we got the 5th wheel out of storage and on site it was hotter than a pistol. We did finely get settled in just fine. Our oldest son came out with our DGS I didn't know that he was coming and we had no movies or his special foods that he only likes....That Child just doesn't know what to do with himself with out movies to watch and let me note that we didn't have the TV set up. I did have a jewelry box and I let him play with that and a hug bowl and ice from our Ice maker. He had a little man and he went swimming in ice water....he was quite and busy. They spend the night and we had so much fun and today they left.

We were invited to a fish fry supper and it was great. We were all most ready to go home and Hubie spotted smoke that is not good with RV's. It was coming around were our rig was it was the Motor home next to us and then it started to in gulped with flames and I called security for the fire department. Hubie had the hose out so he went to the top and doused the frig that is what started the fire. He had it pretty much out by the time the fire truck came. "O" I forgot to say the owners were not home so we couldn't get in. The owner had a close friend that was camping behind him and he came over and took out the window and by then the fire trucks were here. The Captain was so nice that he didn't want to do any more damage then what was already done. That is a miracle because they almost always just get the ax out with the saw and bust it all up just to make sure that it is out. Fire is out and everyone went home and the owner came I’m sure that he is just heartbroken this is his home. It could have been worse and we are blessed that Hubie was at the right place at the right time.

So now it is time for bed for another day tomorrow…

Covered Mini Note-pads

I enjoyed making these up I think that they would be cute for kids of all ages...!

Covered Journals

I just loved doing this little Journal. The flower is a silk flower folded and I used floral tape and wire. I made the pot out of Texture Magic by Delta then put some Diamond Glaze it is all on the top of a piece of paper. I really like how it turned out.



This one is covered the same as the pink but I put a magnetic button on it. If you should have any questions just leave a comment.

Blah~Blah~Blah

My lovely grandson love's to say blah, blah, blah. So I'm going to use it cause I have been very busy. I'm always busy so it's just the same thing over and over. I have been trying to do up some books I will post later. So I have not been able to blog.

All of this week I have been cleaning up the house and trashing a lot of things, things I really don't need. At the time I though I should save this stuff now it is a different tune. I have lots of room now in fact I have room for things that have been stacking up. My Hubie is going to be so happy with me. {Who am I kidding} He will most likely say room looks good and he would like to say it is about time. I will have to pat myself on my back for this good effort I endured. I even went through my little drawers that have stickers, punch outs, and so on I know where everything is now. Well I'm just tickled pink about what I have done. The dishes are not done and the tea is not made but hey what more can ya ask of a gal.
